Hello, it's Ollie here.

In today's Success+You podcast I'm going to talk to you about Why network marketers should start with "WHY."

But first f you don't know who I am. My name is Ollie Relfe. I live here in the Southeast of England not far from the coastal city of Brighton & Hove.

I work from home online full-time and are aligned with a Health & Nutrition company.

Like the majority of people who become inspired by network marketing as being an alternative way to make extra income and gain time freedom. I too struggled until I found a better way and acquired new marketing skills.

Now I help other network marketers to create a never ending stream of hot prospects for their business.

Okay, so that's enough about me.

Let's jump right into today' Success+You topic which is about your “WHY” and finding your “DRIVING PASSION” to help you achieve your network marketing business goals and to live your dream life and lifestyle.

I don’t know who said, “a goal without a deadline and a plan of action behind it, is not a goal it is just wishful thinking.”

I think you would agree that many people live their lives WISHING, HOPING and DREAMING. At the end, they die disappointed that they never got what they truly wanted.

The truth being, they live a life justifying to themselves “WHY” they can’t have what they want. They look for reasons WHY something will not work, and they usually are fairly negative people. They do not like change and they prefer things to stay the same. They LOVE the status quo, and their favorite word is AVERAGE.

They feed their beliefs with thoughts like … I’m not good enough, my childhood was hard, I don’t know how, I don’t have the skills, I don’t have the money, my kids take up all my time, I work two jobs, I work full-time, blah, blah, blah.

The thing is no one cares. No one is going to come to your house to fix you, wave a magic wand, or sprinkle fairy dust to build your home-based business. No one will remember you for the work you didn’t do. Complaining life is hard, a struggle, no one wants to hear it. It reminds me of the path I walked a very long time ago until a mentor of mine told me it’s all a matter of perspective — start with “WHY.”

However, you first need to understand WHAT IS YOUR PASSION.

You see, your passion is your biggest driving component. Passion will not only inspire you but inspire others to take action as well.

If you are not sure what your passion is, then you need to dig deeper into the details. Take the onion approach, peel back the layers.

For example, you say “I want to make an extra $10k per month.” That’s not your passion. You need to ask yourself WHY? Well, because I want to quit my job….WHY? Well, because I want to spend more time with my family…WHY?

You see, until you get to the heart of it you won’t understand what your driving passion is. That is the passion that is going to motivate you to change your way of thinking, transform your mindset towards being one of action. That is a passion that is quickly going to move you to achieve your goals and change your life and lifestyle. Every successful person knows what their passion is.

You don’t have to live your life always wishing, hoping and dreaming. You have the power within you to get what you want. Turn the same reasons that are stopping you, to empower your why you can achieve everything you ever wanted.
