A Fresh Start: Revamping My Blog for a New Beginning

A

Hello, dear readers! I’m excited to announce a fresh start for ollierelfe.com! I’ve revamped my blog with a new theme, simplified taxonomy, and focused on revenue generation. I’m also adapting to changing times by letting go of some of my past content and embracing new marketing techniques.

Yep! Change is in the air, and I couldn’t be happier about it. Here’s a glimpse into my recent blog makeover and the reasons behind it.

Excited to Change to a New Blog Theme

Change can be a breath of fresh air, and that’s exactly how I felt when I decided to switch to a new blog theme. It’s a bit like giving your favourite room a makeover – the same soul, but a fresh new look.

Happy with the Previous Theme, but…

I’ve had some profitable times with my previous theme, and I’m grateful for the memories and success it brought me. However, sometimes, even the most beautiful of things need to make way for something new. There’s a reason behind this transition.

Standing Up for Customer Values

Recently, a theme builder company I had a long-term relationship with made an abrupt decision to change their policies. They reneged on their promise of a lifetime purchase offer, which didn’t sit well with me. I believe in supporting companies that treat their customers with respect, and so, I decided to vote with my feet on principle.

I Like My New, Simpler Website Theme Design

I’ve chosen a new blog theme that is simple, elegant, and user-friendly. It features a clean layout with plenty of white space, making it easy for readers to scan and find the information they’re looking for. I’ll also be adding a new feature that allows readers to subscribe to my email list directly from the blog.

Learning CSS Styling Changes

To truly make my blog unique and personal, I’ve learned how to make CSS styling changes. It’s been a creative journey, and I’m excited to continue experimenting with the Typology design and finish tweaking the mobile device version.

Adapting to Changing Times

In the past, I wrote a lot about attraction marketing, lead generation, affiliate product offers and marketing techniques that are no longer as effective as they once were. I’ve had to let go of some of my past content to make way for fresh, relevant ideas.

Simplifying Taxonomy and Focusing on Revenue Generation

To make navigation easier for my readers and create more opportunities for revenue generation, I’ve simplified the taxonomy structure of my blog. This will make it easier for readers to find the content that interests them and for me to generate revenue from my blog while I build my certified organics business.

A Heartfelt Thanks to My Loyal Blog Readers

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all of you who have been following me on this journey. It’s your support and encouragement that inspire me to keep going. I hope you’ll enjoy the new content and direction of my blog as much as I’m excited to create it. A few elements still need to be created before my content publishing schedule truly gets going.

Lastly, change can be daunting, but it’s also a wonderful opportunity for growth and improvement. I’m looking forward to this fresh start and can’t wait to share the future of ollierelfe.com with you. Stay tuned for more exciting blog posts, and thank you for being a part of this journey and also following my network marketing success.
