The hydrangeas in my garden are putting on a show-stopping performance this year! The vibrant blooms boast a breathtaking array of pinks, purples, and blues, creating a truly magical hydrangea display. It’s clear that Mother Nature went above and beyond this season.
Perhaps the cooler temperatures of this year’s British summer have played a role in their resurgence. One can only imagine it’s a welcome change from the brutal heatwave we endured a couple of years ago. That scorching period was devastating to many established plants in the garden, including some of my beloved hydrangeas. Thankfully, with a little help from the weather and feeding, they seem to have made a full recovery, gracing us with their stunning blooms once again.
