10-Day Super Healthy Detox Plan – A 3-step plan and comprehensive organic wholefood approach to detoxifying your body and helping you achieve optimal health.
But before I dive into the 10-Day Super Healthy Detox Plan, I want to first talk about industry false marketing. Then, covers how the body works, from digestion to assimilation, xenobiotics, and biotransformation to electrolytes. Finally show you how whole-food nutrition plays an important role during detoxification and why our comprehensive approach is a healthier way to detox your body.
Industry Deception and False Marketing

Search Google with the term ‘detoxes’ and you’ll be presented with thousands of results from companies, each claiming their amazing detoxification product will cleanse your body of toxins and quickly shed pounds.
Then, when you visit their Facebook groups to read customer comments or ask about possible detox side effects, you are told that you may get a flatter tummy and can expect to go to the toilet more frequently. Or you may get an upset stomach, skin outbreaks, experience a headache or fatigue.
Then they go on to say…
But don’t worry if you do, it just shows that the detox is really working, flushing out those toxins through the skin, or making you rush to the toilet.
Unfortunately, thousands of people believe what these health companies and reps say without ever questioning it. After all, those negative things are VERY strongly sold as being really GREAT benefits.
A closer inspection of their product ingredients might reveal that it contains a herb that’s a potent laxative. Many companies will focus their marketing on the amazing health benefits of a particular herb but fail to mention that it can also cause diarrhoea and dehydration.
In fact, many detox products on the market cause dehydration, which of course can lead to an electrolyte imbalance. More about that later.
Sad to say, false marketing and misleading expectations are not limited to just one or two companies, it is fairly common within the industry.
So, the next time you see one of those social media posts making promises you’ll ‘lose 5 pounds in 5 days’ with their detox product, you might want to look closer at its ingredients.

Proper science and what you can do to enhance your healthy detox experience
Your body is designed to detox every single second of every single day.
However, the body needs to work optimally, for those processes to work optimally or else it leads to disease and all kinds of health problems.
So, it’s really important to support your body the way it detoxes, and not just over a 10-15 days intensive detoxification period, but always. That’s why good nutrition is so essential.
Digestion, Assimilation, and Elimination
When talking about nutrition, it’s not just about what you digest, it’s also about your body’s ability to digest. It’s about your ability to assimilate and take those nutrients on board. It’s about your ability to purge toxins and waste products the body doesn’t want.
You can eat a very nutrient-rich meal, but if you are not digesting it properly or assimilating all the nutrients, you can still have poor nutrition.
Now, in order for your body to detox properly, it needs a wide spectrum of nutrition. So, whole food nutrition is the way forward.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of supplement companies don’t use raw whole-food ingredients in their products, they’ll use juices, synthetic nutrients, or other things because they’re much cheaper.
Nutrition and probiotics are fundamental to good health, including proper detoxification. That’s why our 10-Day Super Healthy Detox takes a more comprehensive wholefoods approach.
Nutrition and probiotics are fundamental to good health, including proper detoxification.

Xenobiotics
Every day we are constantly exposed to toxins via the air we breathe, in the water and beverages we drink, and in the food we eat.
Examples include medications, pesticides, cosmetics, flavourings, fragrances, food additives, industrial chemicals, and environmental pollutants.
All these toxic pollutants and foreign-to-life chemicals that we are constantly exposed to are grouped under an umbrella term known as Xenobiotics.
Xenobiotics can cause toxicity, inflammation, excess free radical damage, hormone imbalance, nutrient deficiency, gut bacteria imbalance, weakened immune, tiredness, lethargy etc.
Many people who follow a quick weight loss program say they feel tired, lethargic, and run down due to a lowered immune system. Quick weight loss can cause a rapid release of toxins that are stored within fat tissue.
So, it’s important to take a more whole-food nutritional approach and give the body what it needs to help it do a more effective job of getting toxins out of the body.

Biotransformation
Biotransformation is the process that helps your body excrete substances. Many factors can influence how efficient that process is. It can be affected by age, sex, nutritional status, disease (liver or kidneys for example) and pre-disease states (lifestyle choices), medication interactions, genetics (different people have different needs), imbalance in the gut microflora, exposure to xenobiotics, and other toxins.
Even protein and nutrient-deficient diets, including mineral-deficient diets, create problems. Clean protein provides the essential amino acids that your body needs to create the enzymes required for it to efficiently do its job and eliminate toxins.
When your gut microflora is out of balance, the body loses its ability to efficiently eliminate heavy metals, and all sorts of toxins, and create nutrients that are essential for processes within the body.
Medications like antidepressants, anti-inflammatories, antacids, aspirin, and oral contraceptives cause nutrient depletion.

Electrolyte Imbalance
Electrolytes are types of essential minerals (calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium) that carry a charge and are needed by the body for cellular functions.
Any imbalance can lead to symptoms like insomnia, restlessness, headaches, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, muscle spasms, diarrhoea, shallow breathing, pH imbalance, irregular heartbeat, seizures, and others.
If you feel you are lacking in electrolytes, the key is to replenish them with whole-food mineral sources and proper hydration, not sugary sports drinks. Look for comprehensive superfood blends that naturally contain trace minerals and ingredients like coconut water, which provide a good natural balance for the body to easily absorb.
10-Day Super Healthy Detox Plan

Our 10-day Super Healthy Detox works in three simple steps.
You want to do step one and step two at the same time. Reduce the things that are detrimental to your health and interfere with the detox process, while at the same time improve and eat a more healthy diet.

Reduce Exposure To Toxins
Start with small steps.
If you eat a significant amount of highly processed or refined foods from supermarkets, try taking small steps toward eating less processed foods.
Supermarket foods have all been processed in some way to turn them into ready meals or packaged foods. During the manufacturing process, much of their nutrient value and fibre content is depleted.
Reduce white refined foods.
Refined foods boost your blood sugar, zap nutrition in your body, and cause inflammation. Inflammation is one of the key things that interferes with your detox process. Inflammation is one of the key things that causes heart disease and cancer.
Deep-fried foods, hydrogenated fats, sodas

Eat more vegetables

Addictions, bad habits, stress

So over this 10-day detox period, we want to help you improve your lifestyle, improve your diet, and consider what you are doing to build better habits.

Improve Your Diet and Clean Water intake

Support Your Detox With a 3-Part System
This is where we bring it all together. To truly support your body’s efforts from Step 1 and Step 2, you want to provide the specific tools it needs to remove old toxins and fuel its daily processes.
For this, I recommend a simple, 3-part approach:
1. Bind and Remove Toxins
The “Biotransformation” and “Xenobiotics” sections explained how toxins (pesticides, heavy metals, etc.) overload our systems. The most effective way to support this is to actively trap these toxins. A nano-sized zeolite spray is the best tool for this. Its natural, cage-like structure acts like a magnet to bind to toxins, which are then safely and easily passed out of the body. This is the “detox” part of the plan.
2. Fuel, Alkalize, and Rehydrate
This is the core nutritional component. You need a certified organic green superfood blend that does several jobs at once:
- It’s your “Greens”: It provides the alkalizing greens (like spinach, kale, and chlorella) mentioned in Step 2.
- It’s your “Probiotic”: It must be a synbiotic blend, containing the probiotics and prebiotics that are fundamental for gut health and eliminating toxins.
- It’s your “Electrolytes”: It should contain whole-food electrolyte sources, like coconut water, to support hydration and cellular function without the sugar of typical sports drinks.
3. Support Your Immune System
Detoxification is an active process that requires a strong immune system. As the “Nutrient Depletion” chart above shows, many common factors (like anti-inflammatories) deplete Vitamin D. Adding a high-quality, plant-based Vitamin D spray to your daily routine supports your immune function, mood, and overall well-being during the 10-day plan and beyond.

Optional (But Highly Recommended) Enhancements
While the 3-part system above is your core, you can further enhance your detox by ensuring two other key areas are covered:
For Effective Biotransformation (Protein) Remember the “Biotransformation” section? That process requires protein. Your body needs a steady supply of amino acids to create the enzymes that eliminate toxins. Adding a clean, organic plant protein to your daily smoothie ensures your body has the building blocks it needs to actually run its detox pathways.
